There is a flat fee of $10.00 to cover meeting costs (planning, printing costs, etc.)

We have a couple of "extras" planned that you may choose to attend.

None! No lunch or dinner wanted (meeting total will be $10)
Dinner on Friday night (4/26, 6:30pm) only. Add $19 (meeting total will be $29)
Lunch on Saturday (4/27, 11:30-1pm) only. Add $11 (meeting total will be $21)
Dinner on Friday night and lunch on Saturday. Add $30 (meeting total will be $40)

How many "extra" people (wife, kids, etc.) will also be having lunch, dinner, etc. with you?
